Description

Pure Rawz Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist, available as freeze-dried vials, a nasal spray and sublingual tablets. It’s tested to 99% purity or higher and sold strictly for lab research.

About Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a 39-amino-acid peptide from Eli Lilly that activates two receptors, GIP and GLP-1. A fatty acid side chain lets it bind albumin, so its half-life is about five days. It’s approved as Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes and as Zepbound for weight management.

How it works

Tirzepatide activates two incretin receptors. GIP and GLP-1 are both released by the gut after eating, and both push the pancreas to release insulin when glucose is high. GLP-1 also slows stomach emptying and acts on appetite centers in the brain.

The molecule is built on the GIP sequence and tuned to hit the GLP-1 receptor as well. It leans toward GIP in binding strength. A C20 fatty diacid lets it ride on albumin, so it lasts days instead of minutes.

Tirzepatide research

The SURMOUNT-1 trial (New England Journal of Medicine, 2022) reported average weight loss of up to about 21% over 72 weeks at the highest dose. The SURPASS trials covered blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes.

Options and prices

It comes in 7 options. Pick one from the dropdown above the cart button:

  • Peptide, 5mg: $61.33
  • Peptide, 10mg: $122.66
  • Peptide, 60mg: $650.59
  • Nasal Spray, 100mcg per spray/10ml/10mg: $358.10
  • Nasal Spray, 200mcg per spray/10ml/20mg: $572.97
  • Sublingual Tablets, 350mcg per tablet/30ct/10.5mg: $389.92
  • Sublingual Tablets, 350mcg per tablet/60ct/21mg: $650.26

The vials hold a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder under a sealed stopper. Freeze-drying keeps the peptide stable in transit. You add sterile bacteriostatic water to dissolve it before use.

The nasal spray comes ready to use in a metered bottle, so there’s nothing to mix. The size shows how much each spray delivers and the total in the bottle.

Sublingual tablets are pressed to dissolve under the tongue. Each one holds a fixed amount, printed in the size option, so there’s no measuring.

Using Tirzepatide in the lab

Labs comparing incretin peptides often run them side by side, since single, dual and triple agonists act on different receptor mixes. Matching the molar amounts, not just the milligrams, makes those comparisons fairer.

Track weight and intake daily, and plan glucose tolerance tests at fixed times after exposure so the data line up across groups.

Plan a long enough study. Many of these peptides take weeks to show their full effect on weight.

Mixing and concentration

The liquid you add sets the concentration. For a 5mg vial:

  • 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5mg/mL
  • 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5mg/mL
  • 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 1.67mg/mL

Add the water slowly along the inside of the vial and roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Shaking can damage peptide chains.

Purity and batch testing

Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.

Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Storage and shelf life

Keep sealed vials in a freezer at -20°C or a fridge at 2 to 8°C, away from light. After mixing, store the vial in the fridge and use it within about four weeks. Refrigerate spray bottles after opening and keep the cap on.

Keep the container sealed at room temperature, away from heat, moisture and sunlight.

Write the date you opened or mixed it on the label, so anyone else in the lab knows how old it is.

Handling notes

Wear gloves and eye protection when you open or measure it, and work on a clean surface.

Label everything you prepare, keep it away from food areas, and follow your lab’s rules for disposing of sharps and chemical waste.

Before you start

  • Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution, or Sterile Water if you’ll use the whole vial at once
  • sterile insulin-type syringes or pipettes for measuring
  • alcohol swabs for the vial stopper

Tirzepatide questions

What forms does it come in?

Freeze-dried vials, a nasal spray and sublingual tablets. Pick the one you want from the dropdown on this page.

Is Tirzepatide in stock?

Yes. It’s in stock and ships from our warehouse after your order clears.

Does it come with a certificate of analysis?

Yes. Every batch is tested, and we’ll email the certificate of analysis for your batch number on request.

Can it be used in people or animals?

No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.
