Research use only
Pure Rawz sells all products for laboratory research use only. They aren’t drugs, food, cosmetics or supplements for people or animals, and they haven’t been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering, you confirm you’re at least 21, that you’ll handle products as research chemicals, and that you won’t use them on people or animals.
Orders and prices
Pure Rawz prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a price or listing was wrong or if we believe these terms would be broken.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through the methods shown there. Your order ships once payment has cleared.
Product information
We try to keep every product page accurate, including names, sizes, prices and research background. If we find a mistake, we’ll correct it and contact you if it affects your order.
Availability
Every product listed on the site is in stock when you order it. If something sells out between your order and dispatch, we’ll contact you and offer a refund for that item or a replacement.
Communications
By ordering, you agree that we can contact you by email about your order. We won’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Shipping
Pure Rawz ships free to every country. You’re responsible for knowing whether a product can be imported where you live, and for any import tax or duty. See Pure Rawz shipping for details.
Returns and refunds
Pure Rawz replaces or refunds items that arrive damaged or incorrect if you tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. Opened products can’t be returned. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Liability
Pure Rawz isn’t responsible for how products are used after delivery. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Product information on the site is for research background only and isn’t medical advice.
Accounts and content
Pure Rawz site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pure Rawz. You’re responsible for keeping your account login safe. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
Research use and resale
Products bought under these Pure Rawz terms and conditions are for your own laboratory research. If you resell them, you take on the same research-use obligations and are responsible for following the law where you sell.
Website use
Don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms other users or disrupts the store, such as automated scraping that slows it down. We may close accounts that do.
Account security
Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Severability
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
Changes and contact
