Before you contact Pure Rawz
Pure Rawz answers many questions on the site already. Shipping is free worldwide, and the shipping page covers customs and tracking. The Pure Rawz FAQ covers payment, storage and certificates.
Pure Rawz can’t give dosing or medical advice, because our products are for laboratory research only. For product background, each product page links the published research, and the blog has longer guides on BPC-157, TB-500 and more.
What to include when you contact Pure Rawz
Contact Pure Rawz with the right details and we can answer in one reply. It helps to include:
- Your order number, for anything about an existing order
- The batch number from the label, for a certificate of analysis
- The product name and size, for questions about a compound
- A photo, if something arrived damaged or looks wrong
Order problems
If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or refund it. The details are in our terms and conditions and on the shipping page.
Product and research questions
We’re happy to tell you which sizes and forms a product comes in, which liquid it’s mixed with and how it should be stored. Each product page already lists those, together with the research background and links to the published studies. We don’t answer questions about using compounds in people or animals.
Certificates of analysis
Every Pure Rawz batch has a certificate of analysis on file. To get yours, contact Pure Rawz with the batch number printed on the vial or bottle label. We’ll email the certificate of analysis for that exact batch, showing the test method and the purity result. More detail is on the lab testing page.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We can change or cancel an order until it has shipped. After that, the returns rules in our terms and conditions apply.
Orders from outside the US
We ship worldwide for free. Customs rules, import tax and restrictions on some compounds depend on your country, so please check them before you order. Our guides to Europe, Canada and Australia cover the main points.
When to expect a reply
We answer messages in the order they arrive, by email. Replies go to the address you enter in the form, so check it’s spelled correctly, and look in your spam folder if you haven’t heard back.
