Pure Rawz shipping is free to every country, on every order. This page explains how orders ship, what to expect at customs and where to find region-specific help.
How Pure Rawz shipping works
Pure Rawz shipping is the same for every order. There’s no minimum spend and no shipping fee at checkout. Every listed product ships from stock, so a mixed order of peptides, SARMs and lab supplies goes out together.
Freeze-dried peptides ship as sealed vials. Freeze-drying removes the water, so the powder is stable at room temperature for the time it spends in transit. Store it in the freezer or fridge when it arrives.

Pure Rawz shipping at a glance
- United States: free, with no customs or import tax on domestic parcels
- European Union: free, with EU import VAT due on arrival
- Canada: free, though CBSA may assess GST or HST and duty
- Australia: free, but check the TGA rules on peptides and SARMs first
- Every other country: free, under your local import rules
Add lab supplies to the same order
Pure Rawz shipping covers lab supplies too, so it makes sense to order them with your peptides. Most freeze-dried vials need Bacteriostatic Water, and a few need acetic acid solution or Sterile Water. The whole reconstitution and lab supplies range ships free in the same parcel.
Mixed orders and repeat orders
Pure Rawz shipping doesn’t change with order size, so there’s no benefit in splitting an order. Put everything for a project in one cart and it ships together. If you reorder the same compounds regularly, keep a note of the sizes you used last time, since every product page lists the same options in the same dropdown.
Customs and import rules
Pure Rawz shipping is free, but your country may charge import VAT, GST or duty when a parcel arrives. Those charges are set locally and paid by the buyer. Some countries also restrict certain research compounds. Check your local rules before you order, for example with your customs authority.
Returns and problems with an order
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email sales@pure-rawz.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund it. Because these are research chemicals, we can’t accept returns of opened products.

When your parcel arrives
Check the parcel against your order when it arrives. Each vial or bottle carries the compound name, the amount and a batch number. Put freeze-dried peptides in the freezer, or the fridge if you’ll use them within a few weeks. Capsules, tablets and powders go somewhere cool, dry and dark.
Most peptides need Bacteriostatic Water before use, and a few need acetic acid solution. If you didn’t add them to this order, they ship free with the next one.
