Description
Our MK-777 is a growth hormone secretagogue analog, supplied as capsules, tablets and a liquid. Each batch is checked for 99%+ purity. It’s intended for research use only.
MK-777 explained
MK-777 (sold as acetamoren) is listed as an analog of ibutamoren, the oral growth hormone secretagogue MK-677.
It’s a new research compound, and there’s very little published data on it yet.
How it works
MK-777 is described as an analog of MK-677, which activates the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a and raises GH and IGF-1. Its own pharmacology hasn’t been published.
Run MK-677 as a reference if you’re testing it.
MK-777 research
We aren’t aware of peer-reviewed studies on MK-777 itself. The reference literature is the MK-677 work, including the two-year trial by Nass and colleagues in Annals of Internal Medicine (2008).
Anyone using it should treat it as a poorly characterised compound and plan controls accordingly.

Choosing your option
There are 6 ways to buy it, from $74.61 to $276.33:
- Capsules, 20mg/30ct/600mg: $82.90
- Capsules, 20mg/60ct/1200mg: $165.80
- Tablets, 20mg/27ct/540mg: $74.61
- Tablets, 20mg/54ct/1080mg: $149.22
- Liquid, 30ml/33mg per ml/1000mg: $138.16
- Liquid, 30ml/67mg per ml/2000mg: $276.33
The capsules are pre-filled, so each one has the same amount. The size option lists it per capsule.
Each tablet holds the same measured amount, which the size option spells out.
The liquid is a ready-made solution. The concentration per mL is on the label, and a graduated dropper gives the most accurate measures.
Study design notes
Growth hormone research usually measures GH pulses and IGF-1 in blood, and sometimes body composition. Because GH comes in pulses, sampling time matters a lot.
Many labs pair a GHRH-type peptide with a ghrelin-receptor peptide to study how the two signals add up. Fasting state and time of day both change GH output, so keep them constant between groups.
Freeze-dried peptides are easy to store, so ordering enough for a full study at once keeps every group on the same batch.
Measuring the liquid
At 33mg per mL, every 1mL holds 33mg and every 0.1mL holds 3.3mg. A graduated 1mL dropper or syringe makes those measures accurate.
MK-777 product details
- Compound: MK-777
- Also known as: acetamoren
- Class: growth hormone secretagogue analog
- Forms: capsules, tablets and liquid
- Options: 6 sizes and forms
- Purity: 99% or higher, verified by first- and third-party testing
- Use: laboratory research only
Quality and testing
Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.
Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.
Storage and shelf life
Keep the container sealed at room temperature, away from heat, moisture and sunlight. Store liquids at room temperature with the cap screwed on, away from heat and light.
Label the container with the opening date. It saves guesswork later.
Handling notes
Treat it as a lab chemical. Gloves and safety glasses are the minimum, and a clean, uncluttered workspace cuts down on mix-ups.
Store prepared solutions apart from untouched stock, and record who mixed what and when.
