Description
CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin combines CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin in one product, sold as freeze-dried vials. It’s tested to 99% purity or higher and sold strictly for lab research.
What’s in CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin?
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
CJC-1295 without DAC binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs and switches on cAMP signaling, which releases a GH pulse. Its four amino acid changes protect it from DPP-4, the enzyme that breaks down natural GHRH.
Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.
Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.
Why CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin combines these compounds
Labs pair these compounds because each works through a different pathway, so combining them covers more of the system in one study. A fixed mix also means one product, one label and no drift between separate containers.
Research behind CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin
The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.
Raun and colleagues reported in 1998 that ipamorelin released GH in pigs and rats without raising ACTH or cortisol.

CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin sizes and forms
Choose the option that fits your study:
- Peptide, 4mg: $69.99
- Peptide, 8mg: $129.99
These vials are lyophilized powder. Mix them with bacteriostatic water when you’re ready to work with them, and keep unmixed vials cold until then.
Using CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin in the lab
When labs combine compounds, they usually keep the total peptide amount and the mixing volume the same across groups. That way any difference comes from the combination, not the handling.
Record the ratio on every label, especially once vials are mixed.
Keep a copy of the composition with your records, including the amount of each component, so the work can be repeated later.
Reconstitution math
The liquid you add sets the concentration. For a 4mg vial:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 4mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 2mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 1.33mg/mL
Add the water slowly along the inside of the vial and roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Shaking can damage peptide chains.
CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin specifications
- Contains: CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin
- Forms: peptide vial
- Options: 2 sizes and forms
- Purity: 99% or higher, verified by first- and third-party testing

Quality and testing
We test each batch for identity and purity before it ships, using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with independent third-party checks on top of our own.
The batch number on the label matches the certificate of analysis. If your lab keeps paperwork on file, ask us for it and we’ll email it over.
Storage and shelf life
Keep sealed vials in a freezer at -20°C or a fridge at 2 to 8°C, away from light. After mixing, store the vial in the fridge and use it within about four weeks. Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.
Working with it safely
Wear gloves and eye protection when you open or measure it, and work on a clean surface.
Label everything you prepare, keep it away from food areas, and follow your lab’s rules for disposing of sharps and chemical waste.
What you’ll need
- Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution, or Sterile Water if you’ll use the whole vial at once
