Description
The IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack from Pure Rawz puts IGF-1 LR3, BPC-157 and TB-500 together in freeze-dried vials and a nasal spray. Every batch is tested for 99% purity or better, and it’s sold for laboratory research only.
What’s in IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack?
IGF-1 LR3
IGF-1 LR3 is an 83-amino-acid analog of IGF-1 with an arginine swap at position 3 and a 13-amino-acid extension. Those changes stop it binding IGF binding proteins, so it stays active much longer.
IGF-1 is the hormone that carries out much of growth hormone’s effect on cells. Most of it in the body is bound by IGF binding proteins, which hold it inactive.
BPC-157
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
TB-500
Thymosin beta-4 is a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell, where it binds actin and helps control cell movement. TB-500 is the name used for synthetic thymosin beta-4 and for a short fragment of its active region.
Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the building block of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.
Why researchers use IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack
Labs pair these compounds because each works through a different pathway, so combining them covers more of the system in one study. A fixed mix also means one product, one label and no drift between separate containers.
IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack research background
It was developed for cell culture in the 1990s.
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.

IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack sizes and forms
Choose the option that fits your study:
- BPC-157, Peptide, 11mg: $350.96
- BPC-157 Arg, Peptide, 11mg: $367.45
- BPC-157, Nasal Spray, 450mcg per spray/10ml/45mg: $772.40
- BPC-157 Arg, Nasal Spray, 450mcg per spray/10ml/45mg: $810.40
The vials hold a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder under a sealed stopper. Freeze-drying keeps the peptide stable in transit. You add sterile bacteriostatic water to dissolve it before use.
The nasal spray is pre-mixed in a metered pump bottle. The label gives the amount per spray and the total, which makes the math simple.
Using IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack in the lab
Blends and bundles are used when a study needs more than one pathway at once. The usual design runs each compound alone, then the combination, so you can tell whether the mix adds anything.
A bundle gives you separate vials for exactly that. A blend fixes the ratio in one vial, which is easier to handle but can’t be split later.
A clean combination study has at least four groups: vehicle, compound A, compound B and A plus B. That’s the only way to tell whether the mix does more than either part.
Reconstitution math
For the 11mg vial, the concentration depends on the volume of water:
- 1mL of bacteriostatic water gives 11mg/mL
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5.5mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 3.67mg/mL
Let the vial reach room temperature, run the water slowly down the glass, and swirl gently until it’s clear. Don’t shake it.
IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack at a glance
- Contains: IGF-1 LR3, BPC-157 and TB-500
- Forms: peptide vial and nasal spray
- Options: 4 sizes and forms
- Purity: 99% or higher, verified by first- and third-party testing

Quality and testing
We test each batch for identity and purity before it ships, using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with independent third-party checks on top of our own.
The batch number on the label matches the certificate of analysis. If your lab keeps paperwork on file, ask us for it and we’ll email it over.
How to store IGF-LR3 + BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 Stack
Keep sealed vials in a freezer at -20°C or a fridge at 2 to 8°C, away from light. After mixing, store the vial in the fridge and use it within about four weeks. Keep nasal spray bottles in the fridge once opened, capped and upright.
Label the container with the opening date. It saves guesswork later.
Working with it safely
Handle it the way you’d handle any research chemical: gloves, eye protection and a clean bench. Don’t eat or drink where you work with it.
Keep it out of reach of anyone who isn’t trained, and dispose of used syringes, vials and wipes according to your lab’s waste rules.
Before you start
