Description
Spartan 1 combines CJC-1295 and Hexarelin in one product. Every batch is tested for 99% purity or better, and it’s sold for laboratory research only.
What Spartan 1 contains
CJC-1295 (no DAC)
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
CJC-1295 without DAC binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs and switches on cAMP signaling, which releases a GH pulse. Its four amino acid changes protect it from DPP-4, the enzyme that breaks down natural GHRH.
Hexarelin
Hexarelin (examorelin) is a six-amino-acid peptide closely related to GHRP-6, with a methyl group added to one tryptophan to make it more stable. It was developed in Italy by Mediolanum Farmaceutici.
Hexarelin binds GHS-R1a, the ghrelin receptor, in the pituitary and hypothalamus, which triggers a GH pulse. It also raises cortisol and prolactin somewhat, like GHRP-2 and GHRP-6.
The idea behind Spartan 1
Labs pair these compounds because each works through a different pathway, so combining them covers more of the system in one study. A fixed mix also means one product, one label and no drift between separate containers.
Research behind Spartan 1
The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.
Human studies in the 1990s, many from Ezio Ghigo’s group in Turin, found it released more GH than GHRP-6 and that the response faded with weeks of continuous use.

Options and prices
It comes in one option (5mg (Mod GRF 1-29/CJC-1295 No Dac)/5mg (Hexarelin)/10mg total), priced at $103.28.
Using Spartan 1 in the lab
When labs combine compounds, they usually keep the total peptide amount and the mixing volume the same across groups. That way any difference comes from the combination, not the handling.
Record the ratio on every label, especially once vials are mixed.
Keep a copy of the composition with your records, including the amount of each component, so the work can be repeated later.
Spartan 1 at a glance
- Contains: CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Hexarelin
- Size: 5mg (Mod GRF 1-29/CJC-1295 No Dac)/5mg (Hexarelin)/10mg total
- Purity: 99% or higher, verified by first- and third-party testing
- Use: laboratory research only
Quality and testing
We test each batch for identity and purity before it ships, using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with independent third-party checks on top of our own.
The batch number on the label matches the certificate of analysis. If your lab keeps paperwork on file, ask us for it and we’ll email it over.
Keeping it fresh
Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight. Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.
Handling notes
Wear gloves and eye protection when you open or measure it, and work on a clean surface.
Label everything you prepare, keep it away from food areas, and follow your lab’s rules for disposing of sharps and chemical waste.
