Description

Pure Rawz Alarelin Acetate is a GnRH agonist. Every batch is tested for 99% purity or better, and it’s sold for laboratory research only.

What is Alarelin Acetate?

Alarelin is a synthetic GnRH agonist nonapeptide with D-alanine at position 6 and an ethylamide end, developed and used mainly in China.

It’s used in animal husbandry to induce ovulation and in research on reproductive hormones.

How it acts in research models

Alarelin binds pituitary GnRH receptors. Short exposure triggers an LH and FSH surge, and sustained exposure desensitizes the receptors and lowers sex hormone output.

The D-alanine substitution slows its breakdown compared with natural GnRH.

Alarelin Acetate research

Published work, much of it from Chinese groups, covers ovulation induction in livestock and the effects of alarelin on the pituitary-gonadal axis in rodents.

Like other GnRH agonists, it stimulates LH and FSH at first and suppresses them with continuous exposure.

The primary literature is on PubMed. Here’s a search to start from.

Options and prices

Choose the option that fits your study:

  • 5mg: $66.68
  • 10mg: $117.50

How labs use it

Labs studying the HPG axis usually take a baseline hormone panel, then repeat it at fixed points during and after exposure. That makes recovery curves easy to compare between compounds.

Estradiol assays vary a lot in accuracy at low levels, so use a sensitive method if estrogen suppression is the endpoint.

A typical panel covers total and free testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol, SHBG and prolactin, with lipids and liver enzymes for safety. Fertility studies add sperm counts.

How we test each batch

Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.

Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Storage and shelf life

Keep the container sealed at room temperature, away from heat, moisture and sunlight. Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.

Working with it safely

Treat it as a lab chemical. Gloves and safety glasses are the minimum, and a clean, uncluttered workspace cuts down on mix-ups.

Store prepared solutions apart from untouched stock, and record who mixed what and when.

Other compounds to look at

  • Kisspeptin-10: Kisspeptin-10 is the ten-amino-acid active fragment of kisspeptin, a hormone that triggers GnRH release in the hypothalamus.
  • HMG (Human Menopausal Gonadotropin): Human menopausal gonadotropin is a mix of FSH and LH purified from the urine of postmenopausal women, whose levels of both hormones are high.
  • Enclomiphene Citrate + Pregnanolone Stack, combining Enclomiphene and Pregnanolone
  • Pregnanolone: Pregnanolone is a neurosteroid made from progesterone.
  • 7-Keto DHEA: 7-Keto DHEA is 3-acetyl-7-oxo-dehydroepiandrosterone, a natural metabolite of DHEA.

Alternatives to consider

Arimistane: Arimistane is androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione, a steroid formed from 7-keto DHEA. It inhibits aromatase and has been sold in supplements as an estrogen blocker.

Anastrozole: Anastrozole is a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor from AstraZeneca, approved in the US in 1995 as Arimidex. It blocks the enzyme that turns androgens into estrogens.
