Description

Pure Rawz Arimistane is an aromatase inhibitor (androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione), available as capsules, tablets and a liquid. It’s tested to 99% purity or higher and sold strictly for lab research.

About Arimistane

Arimistane is androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione, a steroid formed from 7-keto DHEA. It inhibits aromatase and has been sold in supplements as an estrogen blocker.

It’s on the WADA prohibited list.

Mechanism of action

Arimistane binds aromatase and blocks it from turning testosterone into estradiol. It may also affect cortisol metabolism.

Lower estrogen sends a stronger signal to the pituitary, which raises LH.

What studies say about Arimistane

Most published work comes from anti-doping labs, such as the 2012 metabolism study by Parr and colleagues. Controlled human efficacy data are lacking.

Labs use it as a reference aromatase inhibitor of the steroidal type.

The primary literature is on PubMed. Here’s a search to start from.

Choosing your option

It comes in 5 options. Pick one from the dropdown above the cart button:

  • Capsules, 50mg per cap/60ct/3000mg: $328.03
  • Tablets, 50mg per tab/20ct/1g: $109.34
  • Tablets, 50mg per tab/40ct/2g: $218.68
  • Liquid, 15ml/33mg per ml/500mg: $54.67
  • Liquid, 30ml/67mg per ml/2000mg: $218.68

The capsules are pre-filled, so each one has the same amount. The size option lists it per capsule.

Tablets are pressed with a fixed amount per tablet, shown in the size option along with the count.

The liquid comes in a glass dropper bottle at a stated concentration per mL, so every draw is easy to calculate.

Using Arimistane in the lab

Labs studying the HPG axis usually take a baseline hormone panel, then repeat it at fixed points during and after exposure. That makes recovery curves easy to compare between compounds.

Estradiol assays vary a lot in accuracy at low levels, so use a sensitive method if estrogen suppression is the endpoint.

Draw blood at the same time of day for every sample, since testosterone and LH follow a daily rhythm.

Measuring the liquid

At 33mg per mL, every 1mL holds 33mg and every 0.1mL holds 3.3mg. A graduated 1mL dropper or syringe makes those measures accurate.

How we test each batch

Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.

Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Storage and shelf life

Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight. Store liquids at room temperature with the cap screwed on, away from heat and light.

Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.

Safe handling

Handle it the way you’d handle any research chemical: gloves, eye protection and a clean bench. Don’t eat or drink where you work with it.

Keep it out of reach of anyone who isn’t trained, and dispose of used syringes, vials and wipes according to your lab’s waste rules.

What you’ll need
