Description
NAD+ is a coenzyme, and Pure Rawz sells it as freeze-dried vials and a nasal spray. Every batch is tested for 99% purity or better, and it’s sold for laboratory research only.
About NAD+
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme in every living cell. It carries electrons in energy metabolism and is a substrate for sirtuins and PARPs.
Its levels drop with age in many tissues.
How it acts in research models
NAD+ shuttles electrons in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle and the mitochondrial chain, so it’s needed to turn food into ATP. It’s also used up by sirtuins, which regulate gene expression, and by PARPs, which repair DNA.
Because those enzymes consume it, NAD+ levels depend on constant recycling. Falling levels with age are linked to lower sirtuin activity, which is the basis for most NAD+ aging research.
Published NAD+ research
Reviews by Imai and Guarente, and by Verdin, cover the link between falling NAD+ and aging.
Precursors like NR and NMN have been tested in small human trials.

NAD+ sizes and forms
There are 6 ways to buy it, from $39.99 to $189.99:
- Peptide, 100mg: $39.99
- Peptide, 200mg: $69.99
- Peptide, 500mg: $139.99
- Nasal Spray, 1mg per spray/100mg: $59.99
- Nasal Spray, 2mg per spray/200mg: $99.99
- Nasal Spray, 5mg per spray/500mg: $189.99
The vials hold a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder under a sealed stopper. Freeze-drying keeps the peptide stable in transit. You add sterile bacteriostatic water to dissolve it before use.
The nasal spray comes ready to use in a metered bottle, so there’s nothing to mix. The size shows how much each spray delivers and the total in the bottle.
Using NAD+ in the lab
Labs working with supplements often run them in cell culture or animal diets, keeping the base diet identical between groups so the only difference is the added nutrient.
Record the form used, such as glycinate versus oxide for magnesium, because absorption differs between forms.
Keep the rest of the diet steady during a nutrient study. Changes in food intake can swamp a small supplement effect.
Mixing and concentration
The liquid you add sets the concentration. For a 100mg vial:
- 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 50mg/mL
- 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 33.33mg/mL
- 5mL of bacteriostatic water gives 20mg/mL
Add the water slowly along the inside of the vial and roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Shaking can damage peptide chains.

Quality and testing
We test each batch for identity and purity before it ships, using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with independent third-party checks on top of our own.
The batch number on the label matches the certificate of analysis. If your lab keeps paperwork on file, ask us for it and we’ll email it over.
Keeping it fresh
Keep sealed vials in a freezer at -20°C or a fridge at 2 to 8°C, away from light. After mixing, store the vial in the fridge and use it within about four weeks. Keep nasal spray bottles in the fridge once opened, capped and upright.
Write the date you opened or mixed it on the label, so anyone else in the lab knows how old it is.
Working with it safely
Handle it the way you’d handle any research chemical: gloves, eye protection and a clean bench. Don’t eat or drink where you work with it.
Keep it out of reach of anyone who isn’t trained, and dispose of used syringes, vials and wipes according to your lab’s waste rules.
Before you start
- Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution, or Sterile Water if you’ll use the whole vial at once
- sterile insulin-type syringes or pipettes for measuring
- alcohol swabs for the vial stopper

NAD+ FAQ
Is NAD+ in stock?
Yes. It’s in stock and ships from our warehouse after your order clears.
Does it come with a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested, and we’ll email the certificate of analysis for your batch number on request.
Can it be used in people or animals?
No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.
What do I mix it with?
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water. Add it slowly down the side of the vial and swirl gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it.
How should I store it?
Follow the storage section above. In short: cold and dark for freeze-dried vials, room temperature and dry for capsules, tablets, powders and liquids, unless the label says otherwise.
What forms does it come in?
Freeze-dried vials and a nasal spray. Pick the one you want from the dropdown on this page.
