Description
Our Mirodenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, supplied as tablets and a liquid. Each batch is checked for 99%+ purity. It’s intended for research use only.
Mirodenafil explained
Mirodenafil (SK3530) is a PDE5 inhibitor developed by SK Chemicals in South Korea, where it’s approved for erectile dysfunction.
It’s also been studied in Alzheimer’s models.
How it works
Mirodenafil blocks PDE5, which breaks down cGMP in smooth muscle. With more cGMP, nitric oxide signaling lasts longer and blood vessels relax.
It’s more selective for PDE5 over PDE6 than sildenafil.
Published Mirodenafil research
Paick and colleagues published Korean phase 3 data.
Preclinical work looked at memory in mice.
Like other PDE5 inhibitors, it raises cGMP, which relaxes smooth muscle in blood vessels.

Choosing your option
It comes in 3 options. Pick one from the dropdown above the cart button:
- Tablets, 50mg per tablet/20ct/1g: $58.42
- Tablets, 50mg per tablet/40ct/2g: $100.62
- Liquid, 30ml/33mg per ml/1000mg: $80.12
Tablets are pressed with a fixed amount per tablet, shown in the size option along with the count.
The liquid comes in a glass dropper bottle at a stated concentration per mL, so every draw is easy to calculate.
Using Mirodenafil in the lab
Researchers use reference compounds to anchor a study: if the known drug gives the expected result, the model is behaving. Then the new compound can be compared against it.
Use the published pharmacology as your starting point and record the exact form, such as the salt or the solution strength.
Use the approved product label or published pharmacology as your reference for expected effects, and note the salt form, since it changes the molecular weight.
Measuring the liquid
At 33mg per mL, every 1mL holds 33mg and every 0.1mL holds 3.3mg. A graduated 1mL dropper or syringe makes those measures accurate.

Quality and testing
We test each batch for identity and purity before it ships, using HPLC and mass spectrometry, with independent third-party checks on top of our own.
The batch number on the label matches the certificate of analysis. If your lab keeps paperwork on file, ask us for it and we’ll email it over.
Keeping it fresh
Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight. Store liquids at room temperature with the cap screwed on, away from heat and light.
Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.
Working with it safely
Wear gloves and eye protection when you open or measure it, and work on a clean surface.
Label everything you prepare, keep it away from food areas, and follow your lab’s rules for disposing of sharps and chemical waste.
