Mirodenafil
Mirodenafil (SK3530) is a PDE5 inhibitor developed by SK Chemicals in South Korea, where it’s approved for erectile dysfunction.
Mirodenafil blocks PDE5, which breaks down cGMP in smooth muscle. With more cGMP, nitric oxide signaling lasts longer and blood vessels relax.
Aminotadalafil
Aminotadalafil is a structural analog of tadalafil, with formula C21H18N4O4 and CAS 385769-84-6. It’s related to the PDE5 inhibitor class.
Aminotadalafil is built on the tadalafil structure and is expected to block PDE5, the enzyme that breaks down cGMP in smooth muscle, though it hasn’t been characterized in published trials.
SR-9011
SR-9011 is a REV-ERB agonist from Scripps, developed at the same time as SR-9009. Like SR-9009 it acts on circadian clock proteins and isn’t a SARM.
SR-9011 binds REV-ERB-alpha and beta, the clock proteins that set the daily rhythm of metabolism genes. In mice that raised energy use and reduced fat.
GW-0742
GW-0742 (GW0742X) is a selective PPAR-delta agonist from GlaxoSmithKline, structurally close to GW501516. It’s not a SARM, though it’s often grouped with them.
GW-0742 activates PPAR-delta, a nuclear receptor that switches on genes for fat burning and mitochondrial growth in muscle.
