Description

DMHA is an aliphatic amine stimulant (octodrine), and Pure Rawz sells it as a liquid and a powder. It’s tested to 99% purity or higher and sold strictly for lab research.

What is DMHA?

DMHA is 2-amino-6-methylheptane, also called octodrine. It was developed in the 1940s as a nasal decongestant and has since shown up in pre-workout products.

It’s on the WADA prohibited list.

Mechanism of action

DMHA is thought to release noradrenaline and dopamine, which raises alertness, heart rate and blood pressure. It also constricts blood vessels, which was the basis for its use as a decongestant.

Treat it as a stimulant with limited published data.

Published DMHA research

Older pharmacology papers describe it as a sympathomimetic amine. The FDA has warned about DMHA in supplements, and controlled human safety data are lacking.

It’s chemically close to DMAA and AMP citrate.
