Description

Pure Rawz Syn-Ake is a cosmetic dipeptide, available as freeze-dried vials. Every batch is tested for 99% purity or better, and it’s sold for laboratory research only.

What is Syn-Ake?

Syn-Ake (dipeptide diaminobutyroyl benzylamide diacetate) is a small synthetic peptide modelled on waglerin-1, a component of temple viper venom. It’s said to block muscle-type acetylcholine receptors.

It’s used in cosmetic research on expression lines.

Mechanism of action

Syn-Ake blocks the muscle-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, which reduces the nerve-to-muscle signal that tightens facial muscles.

It’s the same idea as Botox but much weaker and topical.

Syn-Ake research

The manufacturer reports reduced wrinkle depth in volunteer studies.

Independent peer-reviewed data are limited.

Options and prices

This listing is a single 200mg freeze-dried vial for $229.46.

The vials hold a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder under a sealed stopper. Freeze-drying keeps the peptide stable in transit. You add sterile bacteriostatic water to dissolve it before use.

Using Syn-Ake in the lab

Peptide work usually starts with a clear endpoint: a receptor readout in cell culture, a tissue marker, or a behavior in an animal model. Pick it before you order, because it decides which form and size make sense.

Most labs run a vehicle control next to the peptide, using the same bacteriostatic water, and keep the mixing and storage conditions identical between groups. Small handling differences show up as noise in peptide studies more often than people expect.

If you’re new to a peptide, read two or three of the original papers before you start. They’ll show which endpoints moved, which didn’t, and how other labs set up their controls.

Mixing and concentration

The liquid you add sets the concentration. For a 200mg vial:

  • 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 66.67mg/mL
  • 5mL of bacteriostatic water gives 40mg/mL
  • 10mL of bacteriostatic water gives 20mg/mL

Add the water slowly along the inside of the vial and roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Shaking can damage peptide chains.

Syn-Ake at a glance

Quality and testing

Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.

Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.

Storage and shelf life

Keep sealed vials in a freezer at -20°C or a fridge at 2 to 8°C, away from light. After mixing, store the vial in the fridge and use it within about four weeks. Label the container with the opening date. It saves guesswork later.

Working with it safely

Treat it as a lab chemical. Gloves and safety glasses are the minimum, and a clean, uncluttered workspace cuts down on mix-ups.

Store prepared solutions apart from untouched stock, and record who mixed what and when.

Supplies to have on hand

  • Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution, or Sterile Water if you’ll use the whole vial at once
  • sterile insulin-type syringes or pipettes for measuring
  • alcohol swabs for the vial stopper

Syn-Ake questions

Does it come with a certificate of analysis?

Yes. Every batch is tested, and we’ll email the certificate of analysis for your batch number on request.

Can it be used in people or animals?

No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.

What do I mix it with?

Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water. Add it slowly down the side of the vial and swirl gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it.

How should I store it?

Follow the storage section above. In short: cold and dark for freeze-dried vials, room temperature and dry for capsules, tablets, powders and liquids, unless the label says otherwise.

Is Syn-Ake in stock?

Yes. It’s in stock and ships from our warehouse after your order clears.
