Description
Pure Rawz Lipopeptide is a palmitoylated cosmetic peptide. Each batch is checked for 99%+ purity. It’s intended for research use only.
What is Lipopeptide?
Lipopeptide here means a palmitoyl peptide, a short peptide with a fatty acid chain attached so it can get into the outer layers of the skin. Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, sold as Matrixyl, is the best-known example.
These peptides are studied as cosmetic ingredients for collagen and wrinkle research.
Mechanism of action
The peptide part copies fragments of collagen or matrix proteins, which in cell culture tell skin fibroblasts to make more collagen and other matrix proteins.
The palmitoyl chain makes the molecule more fat-soluble, which helps it move into the skin.
Published Lipopeptide research
Robinson and colleagues reported in 2005 (International Journal of Cosmetic Science) that a palmitoyl pentapeptide cream reduced fine lines in a 12-week study.
Most other evidence comes from manufacturer-run cosmetic studies and cell culture.

Lipopeptide sizes and forms
There are 2 ways to buy it, from $25.12 to $55.19:
- 20mg: $25.12
- 50mg: $55.19
How labs use it
Researchers who work with peptides tend to order a small vial first to check solubility and handling, then move to larger sizes once the protocol is settled.
Keep a log of the batch number, the mixing date and the volume of water used. If results drift between runs, those three details are usually where the answer is.
A typical peptide study plan lists the model, the endpoints, the form you’ll use, and how long each vial will last once mixed. Writing that down first makes ordering simple, because it tells you the size and number of vials you need.
Lipopeptide at a glance
- Compound: Lipopeptide
- Also known as: palmitoyl peptide
- Class: palmitoylated cosmetic peptide
- Options: 2 sizes and forms
- Purity: 99% or higher, verified by first- and third-party testing
- Use: laboratory research only
Purity and batch testing
Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.
Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.
Storage and shelf life
Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight. Write the date you opened or mixed it on the label, so anyone else in the lab knows how old it is.
Handling notes
Handle it the way you’d handle any research chemical: gloves, eye protection and a clean bench. Don’t eat or drink where you work with it.
Keep it out of reach of anyone who isn’t trained, and dispose of used syringes, vials and wipes according to your lab’s waste rules.
