Mechanism of action
Arginine, citrulline and ornithine feed nitric oxide and the urea cycle, NAC supplies cysteine for glutathione, taurine regulates cell volume and calcium, and carnitine moves fats into mitochondria.
Proline and lysine are collagen building blocks.
