Description
Pure Rawz Argireline is a cosmetic hexapeptide. It’s tested to 99% purity or higher and sold strictly for lab research.
About Argireline
Argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-8, or -3) is a synthetic peptide based on the N-terminal end of SNAP-25. It interferes with the SNARE complex that releases acetylcholine.
It’s used in topical anti-wrinkle products.
How it works
Muscles contract when nerve endings release acetylcholine, and that release depends on a protein complex called SNARE. SNAP-25 is one of its parts.
Argireline copies the end of SNAP-25 and competes with it, so fewer SNARE complexes form and less acetylcholine is released. That’s the basis for its use in expression-line studies.
Published Argireline research
Blanes-Mira and colleagues reported in 2002 that topical argireline reduced wrinkle depth in a small study.
Its skin penetration is debated.

How labs use it
Peptide work usually starts with a clear endpoint: a receptor readout in cell culture, a tissue marker, or a behavior in an animal model. Pick it before you order, because it decides which form and size make sense.
Most labs run a vehicle control next to the peptide, using the same bacteriostatic water, and keep the mixing and storage conditions identical between groups. Small handling differences show up as noise in peptide studies more often than people expect.
A typical peptide study plan lists the model, the endpoints, the form you’ll use, and how long each vial will last once mixed. Writing that down first makes ordering simple, because it tells you the size and number of vials you need.

How we test each batch
Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.
Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.
Storage and shelf life
Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight. Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.
Working with it safely
Treat it as a lab chemical. Gloves and safety glasses are the minimum, and a clean, uncluttered workspace cuts down on mix-ups.
Store prepared solutions apart from untouched stock, and record who mixed what and when.

How it compares
FOXO4-DRI: FOXO4-DRI is a modified peptide that blocks the interaction between FOXO4 and p53. It’s built from D-amino acids in reverse order, which makes it resistant to enzymes.
SS-31: SS-31, also called elamipretide, is a four-amino-acid peptide: D-Arg-Dmt-Lys-Phe-NH2. It alternates positive charges with aromatic rings, a design that lets it slip through cell membranes and collect in mitochondria.
MOTS-c: MOTS-c is a 16-amino-acid peptide encoded in the mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene. It was described in 2015 by Pinchas Cohen’s group at USC.
Argireline questions
Does it come with a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested, and we’ll email the certificate of analysis for your batch number on request.
Can it be used in people or animals?
No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.
How should I store it?
Follow the storage section above. In short: cold and dark for freeze-dried vials, room temperature and dry for capsules, tablets, powders and liquids, unless the label says otherwise.
Is Argireline in stock?
