Description

Pure Rawz N-Acetyl Epithalon Amidate is an acetylated, amidated Epithalon tetrapeptide, available as freeze-dried vials, a vial packed with bacteriostatic water, a nasal spray and sublingual tablets. It’s tested to 99% purity or higher and sold strictly for lab research.

What is N-Acetyl Epithalon Amidate?

N-Acetyl Epithalon Amidate is Epithalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) with an acetyl group on the front and an amide on the back. Both caps are standard ways to protect a short peptide from enzymes.

Epithalon itself was developed by Vladimir Khavinson’s group in Saint Petersburg, based on a pineal gland extract.

How it acts in research models

The caps don’t change the four amino acids, so it’s expected to act like Epithalon, which studies link to telomerase activation and to melatonin rhythm in older animals.

The main reason to choose the capped form is stability in solution and in biological samples.

N-Acetyl Epithalon Amidate research

Khavinson’s group reported that Epithalon raised telomerase activity in human cells and extended lifespan in some rodent studies.

Published data on the capped version are limited, so it’s best used alongside standard Epithalon as a comparison.

Options and prices

It comes in 5 options. Pick one from the dropdown above the cart button:

  • Peptide, 100mg: $171.57
  • Peptide + BAC Water, 100mg: $189.93
  • Nasal Spray, 1mg per spray/100mg: $196.81
  • Sublingual Tablets, 5mg per tablet/20ct/100mg: $219.79
  • Sublingual Tablets, 5mg per tablet/40ct/200mg: $419.51

The vials hold a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder under a sealed stopper. Freeze-drying keeps the peptide stable in transit. You add sterile bacteriostatic water to dissolve it before use.

You get the lyophilized vial and a matching bottle of bacteriostatic water in one order.

The nasal spray is pre-mixed in a metered pump bottle. The label gives the amount per spray and the total, which makes the math simple.

The sublingual tablets are pre-measured. The option tells you the amount per tablet, the count and the total.

Study design notes

Bioregulator peptides are mostly studied in cell culture and in older animals, looking at gene expression, protein synthesis or tissue-specific markers. Most of the published work comes from Vladimir Khavinson’s group in Saint Petersburg.

Because independent replication is limited, labs that work with them tend to include a scrambled-sequence or vehicle control and measure their own markers instead of relying on earlier reports.

Endpoints in this field are usually molecular: expression of tissue-specific genes, markers of cell aging such as p16, telomere length, or protein synthesis rates in cultured cells.

Reconstitution math

For the 100mg vial, the concentration depends on the volume of water:

  • 2mL of bacteriostatic water gives 50mg/mL
  • 3mL of bacteriostatic water gives 33.33mg/mL
  • 5mL of bacteriostatic water gives 20mg/mL

Add the water slowly along the inside of the vial and roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Shaking can damage peptide chains.

Quality and testing

Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.

Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.

How to store N-Acetyl Epithalon Amidate

Freeze-dried vials keep best in the freezer, and a fridge is fine for a few weeks. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated and finish it within roughly 28 days. Keep nasal spray bottles in the fridge once opened, capped and upright.

Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight.

Note the batch number and the date you opened it in your lab records.

Handling notes

Handle it the way you’d handle any research chemical: gloves, eye protection and a clean bench. Don’t eat or drink where you work with it.

Keep it out of reach of anyone who isn’t trained, and dispose of used syringes, vials and wipes according to your lab’s waste rules.

Supplies to have on hand

  • Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution, or Sterile Water if you’ll use the whole vial at once
  • sterile insulin-type syringes or pipettes for measuring
  • alcohol swabs for the vial stopper
