Description
Our SR-9011 is an REV-ERB agonist, supplied as capsules, tablets, a liquid, an injectable solution and a transdermal liquid. Every batch is tested for 99% purity or better, and it’s sold for laboratory research only.
SR-9011 explained
SR-9011 is a REV-ERB agonist from Scripps, developed at the same time as SR-9009. Like SR-9009 it acts on circadian clock proteins and isn’t a SARM.
It’s used in research on circadian rhythm, metabolism and sleep.
How it acts in research models
SR-9011 binds REV-ERB-alpha and beta, the clock proteins that set the daily rhythm of metabolism genes. In mice that raised energy use and reduced fat.
It also affected sleep patterns and, in cell studies, the survival of some cancer cells.
Published SR-9011 research
The 2012 Nature paper by Solt and colleagues covered both SR9009 and SR9011 and reported changes in metabolic gene expression and fat mass in mice.
A separate study by Banerjee and colleagues (2014) found SR9011 changed sleep architecture and wakefulness in mice.

SR-9011 sizes and forms
Choose the option that fits your study:
- Capsules, 20mg per capsule/60ct/1.2g: $174.46
- Tablets, 20mg per tablet/27ct/540mg: $109.59
- Tablets, 20mg per tablet/54ct/1080mg: $174.46
- Liquid, 15ml/17mg per ml/250mg: $99.83
- Liquid, 30ml/33mg per ml/1000mg: $157.79
- Injectable, 10ml/64mg per ml = 640mg: $127.96
- Transdermal, 60ml/17mg per ml/1000mg: $125.66
Capsules hold a measured amount each, listed in the size option with the count and total.
Each tablet holds the same measured amount, which the size option spells out.
The liquid is a ready-made solution. The concentration per mL is on the label, and a graduated dropper gives the most accurate measures.
It comes as a sterile, ready-made solution in a crimp-sealed vial, labeled with the concentration.
The transdermal liquid is made to be applied to the skin in research models, at a stated concentration per mL.
Study design notes
Metabolic research usually tracks body weight, fat mass, glucose and insulin, and sometimes endurance or oxygen use in treadmill tests. Diet-induced obesity models are the most common setup.
Many of these compounds act on energy sensors such as AMPK, PPAR-delta or the body clock proteins. Timing exposure to the light-dark cycle matters for the clock-related ones.
Record the time of day you dose and test. Several of these compounds act on the body clock, and timing changes the result.
Measuring the liquid
At 17mg per mL, every 1mL holds 17mg and every 0.1mL holds 1.7mg. A graduated 1mL dropper or syringe makes those measures accurate.
SR-9011 product details
- Compound: SR-9011
- Class: REV-ERB agonist
- Forms: capsules, tablets, liquid, injectable and transdermal
- Options: 7 sizes and forms
- Purity: 99% or higher, verified by first- and third-party testing
- Use: laboratory research only
Purity and batch testing
Every batch is tested before it goes on sale. Identity is checked by mass spectrometry, and purity by HPLC, with a target of 99% or higher.
Each container is labeled with the product, the amount and the batch number. Email us that number and we’ll send the certificate of analysis for your batch.
Storage and shelf life
Store capsules, tablets and powder in a cool, dry place out of direct light, with the lid closed tight. Keep the bottle capped, upright and out of direct sunlight at room temperature unless the label says otherwise.
Label the container with the opening date. It saves guesswork later.
Working with it safely
Handle it the way you’d handle any research chemical: gloves, eye protection and a clean bench. Don’t eat or drink where you work with it.
Keep it out of reach of anyone who isn’t trained, and dispose of used syringes, vials and wipes according to your lab’s waste rules.

Often ordered alongside
- Stenabolic + Cardarine (SR-9009 + GW-501516), combining SR-9009 and GW501516
- 5 Amino 1MQ: 5-Amino-1MQ is a small quinolinium molecule that inhibits nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), an enzyme highly expressed in fat tissue.
- Meta Up: Meta Up is a 60-capsule formula with five ingredients at 130mg each: green coffee bean extract (50% chlorogenic acid), raspberry ketone, Garcinia cambogia (50%), caffeine anhydrous and green tea extract (98% polyphenols, 45% EGCG).
- Cardarine (GW-501516): GW501516 (cardarine) is a PPAR-delta agonist developed by GlaxoSmithKline and Ligand in the 1990s.
- AICAR: AICAR, or acadesine, is a nucleoside that cells convert into ZMP, which mimics AMP and switches on AMP-activated protein kinase.
